Hello, so you would like to know more about me? Well I am Lawrie, Im originally from the small Cornish seaside town of Penzance in West Cornwall. I grew up there and also locally in the small nearby village of Gulval, In 2010 I moved to Plymouth in Devon and spent many happy years in Stoke-Village that was until I got married and moved into a flat with my then wife now ex Hannah, my parents moved up to Mid Devon to the small Town of Crediton until sadly my father passed away, earlier on the same day my father passed away my wife left me for a short break, this was nearly 28 months a go and I have still been left in the dark about what it is I have supposed to have done wrong. Although incredibly difficult at the time especially as I was denied the right to support, not even a cuddle from my now ex wife I quickly left where I was living and moved to my mums place where she was living in Crediton. It was just the break I needed until having to head back to nearby Plymouth to where we are living now, Saltash. (At least on the better side of the river Tamar). Cornwall my Home.

I do not use social media, not without the exception of Flickr, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Kik and sometimes Fetlife too… 😉 Facebook is a cess-pit of nonsense and rubbish.

So back to the website and what I do, I am a professional freelance multi award winning Cornish landscape photographer. My work has and is published the World over.

My previous work has been with Cornish World Magazine – I was one of two in-house photographers with a Press Pass – and I was sent all over Cornwall to take images on behalf of the magazine, I have also worked previously within the local press including The Plymouth Herald. The Sun Newspaper and BBC have also featured my work.

I am forever grateful to my real family, friends and support I am having from relevant agencies, overall I am a lot more happier but there’s are days that I find harder than others, especially what were once much happier times / important dates.

Cornwall My Home

Mhm thats right, I am originally from Cornwall, far west Cornwall, I lived in Penzance and Gulval for many years and then moved to Plymouth. I attended Gulval Primary School, also Humphry davey School and also Education out of Schools until leaving aged 16. I then went onto the voluntary sector and did over 10+ years with various people and local groups.
