My Camera Bag (July 2019)

Hello, quite often people are interested in the equipment I use when taking photographs, and whilst not a lot has changed recently, here’s a brief into to the equipment I use and why.

I must note, I am not paid in any way shape or form by any companies, and the equipment I use its bought from my own money.

Sony A7

Ive two of these little cameras, they are that good and you can buy them new with a kit lens for around £900 which is superb and great value for a full-frame mirrorless camera, I tend to use these for the majority of my work.

Lenses for my Sony A7’s: Sony (Zeiss) 24-70mm f4 (Every-day lens for 99% of the work I do whilst shooting full-frame, Sony 85mm 1.8 – Dedicated portraiture lens and also the Sony 50mm 1.8 – mainly used for day’s out and the occasional street photography.

Panasonic Lumix LX-100

Basically a professional’s compact digital camera, very similar to when I were shooting with the Fuji X100 series, works very well and its like a mini dslr in terms of quality and its manual controls. This camera also have a Micro four thirds sensor, which is the format I were shooting only a few months back full time.

Huawei P20 Pro

My smartphone, which has three in built rear camera lenses and the best which is a Leica mono only lens, this is what I use for 99% of my instagram feed stuff, the quality is so good, that Ive actually sold images from this mobile phone camera, the quality is that good.
