Its been for me nearly two weeks since being charged in full – £13 for Canva Pro, because of an issue at Canva’s end and not my own I have been declined any service from them and also a refund.
So basically Canva has the right to take money from you, not help quickly enough (You try and find a way to contact them on their website) Good luck with that one, I have posted it below for you. Then after everything all the verification etc – they wont issue a refund, – all because its their own fault and apparently their policy does not cover it.
I have made a claim with my bank and kept all invoices.

I loved using Canva as it did all I needed it to and quickly, the mockups were good, not quite as good as PlaceIt but were ok for a quick look as to how a final print might look, also the logo designer was good again it was quick and you could download as a transparent background and being only 500px x 500px wide this meant it was good to use straight away on a new website build for example.
Still for me I will be continuing with my usual software and apps.
